  SHIPPING  
We do not ship outside the United States at this time. Most domestic shipments are made via FedEx ground service. The UCT-9 ships out of California and may take up to 4-5 working days from the time an order is received until it ships. The UCT-7 and some of our other products ship from Oregon and typically takes 2-3 working days from the time an order is received until it ships. After a product ships, it typically takes 4-6 days travel time to the East Coast and 2-3 day to the West Coast states.

Important: When ordering a product for a special occasion/seasons, (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day, Early Spring Time, ...) realize that products may take and additional couple days.

When a product ships, the FedEx system automatically issues an email to the customer giving the tracking number. Please allow 5-7 days from the time you place the order before making inquires regarding orders. When making an inquiry, it is important to include the full name of the person who ordered the product and the date the product was ordered.

Note that when the price for a product indicates that "shipping is included", it means shipping to the 48-States in the Continental United States. If you are shipping to destinations outside the 48-States in the Continental United States and the location is not listed in our shipping options box on the order page, please give us call (541) 923-1992 for shipping prices.

DAMAGED GOODS
Be sure to inspect products carefully when you receive them as items can be damaged in shipment. If you find damage, notify the shipper immediately and file a damage report with them. Then, email us at Info@Composters.Net and let us know so we can expedite getting a replacement to you. When you email us, be sure to include your shippers damage report number.

RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is very important to us so our return policy is quite simple. If within the first 60-days of receiving a UCT7 or UCT9 you are not happy with it for any reason, ship it back and we will refund your full purchase price (does not include shipping). To return a product, email us at Info@Composters.Net or call (541) 923-1992 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address. Note your RMA number on the shipping label, prepay the shipping, and return the product. Sorry, but we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranties vary from product to product. Warranty claims need to be placed with the manufacture who is warranting the product. DPI manufactures the UCT-9 with a 10-year warranty, the UCT-7 and Urban Rain Barrel both with a 5-year warranty. You can submit a DPI warranty claim by sending us a specific description of the item under warranty and a description of the problem to Info@Composters.Net or call (541) 923-1992. DPI warranties any defect in material or workmanship. In your e-mail, be sure to include the same information you used when originally buying the product and note any changes since date of purchase (e.g. address change).
